Mmmmmm….. soothing ginger tea. But how do you make it? Here is how: INGREDIENTS: Fresh ginger 1 cup boiling water Honey or sweetener (optional) Chop up about 2 teaspoons of ginger. Add to a cup of boiling water and strain out. That’s it. (Optional: add a teaspoon of sugar or honey.)
