Ginger tea with lemon and honey

Mmmmmm….. soothing ginger tea. But how do you make it? Here is how:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fresh ginger
  2. 1 cup boiling water
  3. Honey or sweetener (optional)

Chop up about 2 teaspoons of ginger. Add to a cup of boiling water and strain out. That’s it. (Optional: add a teaspoon of sugar or honey.)
